Appointments and Booking
Can I contact you before making a booking?
Yes. You are welcome to contact me via WhatsApp chat or the online Contact form here if you are uncertain about which service may be suitable, would like to discuss fees, or have questions before arranging your first appointment.
Can I choose between an online and an in person session?
Yes. Both online and in person sessions are available.
Please select the appropriate appointment type when making your booking, as the fees and practical arrangements differ.
Where are in person sessions conducted?
In person sessions are conducted at:
1 Coleman Street, Level 9
The Adelphi
Singapore 179803
The exact unit, room, arrival instructions, and full session details will be provided in your scheduled appointment confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.
How long is each session?
A standard counselling, Brainspotting, or coaching appointment is approximately 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
If you would like to extend your session, please discuss this with your counsellor, psychotherapist, or coach in advance, as any extension will be subject to both practitioner availability and room availability.
How early should I arrive?
For an in person appointment, arriving approximately 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled time is sufficient. As the counselling room may be occupied before your appointment, arriving substantially earlier may not provide additional waiting access. Please wait at the reception area upon arrival.
For an online appointment, you may join approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled time to check your internet connection, camera, and audio.
What should I do if I know I am going to be late?
If you know that you are going to be late for your appointment, please inform us via WhatsApp at +65 8800 5462 as soon as possible.
Please note that your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, as the consultation room may be reserved for the next client and we may not be able to extend your session. We seek your kind understanding.
Fees and Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept major credit cards, PayNow, and Google Pay.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. Please attend your session according to the confirmed date and time.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through HitPay, using industry standard security measures to protect your payment information and transactions.
HitPay is PCI DSS compliant, and its payment checkout uses encryption and secure payment technology to protect transaction data.
For more information about payment security, you may visit the HitPay Trust & Compliance page.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
What happens if I cancel late or do not attend?
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be chargeable because the time has been reserved specifically for you and may not be available to another client at short notice.
The applicable cancellation terms will be shown during booking or communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
What happens if I am late?
The session will usually still end at the original scheduled time because another appointment may follow.
Please notify me as soon as possible if you expect to be delayed.
What if I experience an emergency?
Please write to me as soon as reasonably possible. Genuine emergencies will be considered individually and with compassion.
Other Helpful Information
What is a Sliding Scale Fee and how do I apply?
A Sliding Scale Fee is a reduced fee arrangement offered to individuals who may be experiencing financial constraints but would still like to access our counselling or coaching services.
Sliding scale arrangements are considered on a case by case basis and are subject to availability.
If you wish to apply, please complete the application form here with a brief explanation of your circumstances. We will review your request and let you know what options may be available.
Please note that sliding scale places are limited and approval is not guaranteed.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us. Information shared during counselling or coaching sessions will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with professional and ethical requirements.
There may, however, be limited circumstances where confidentiality cannot be maintained, such as when there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law. Where appropriate, these limits will be discussed with you.
What can I expect during my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to understand what brings you to counselling or coaching, what you are currently experiencing, and what you would like to work towards.
You do not need to prepare everything beforehand or know exactly what to say. We will explore your concerns and goals together at a pace that feels manageable and discuss an appropriate way forward.
What should I do if I need urgent or crisis support?
Our counselling services are provided through scheduled appointments and are not an emergency or crisis service.
If you are experiencing an immediate crisis, feel that you may harm yourself or someone else, or require urgent medical assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency or crisis support service in your location immediately.

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that uses specific points in your visual field to support the processing of emotional experiences, stress, and difficult memories that may be challenging to express through words alone.
During a Brainspotting session, your counsellor or psychotherapist may guide you to notice where your eyes naturally focus while you stay connected with thoughts, emotions, or sensations in your body.
It may be particularly helpful when you experience emotions such as anxiety, anger, frustration, or uneasiness without fully understanding where they are coming from, or when the experience feels difficult to retrieve, explain, or access through conscious thought.
The process is usually gentle and paced according to your comfort. You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and you may speak as much or as little as feels appropriate.
Brainspotting may be used on its own or integrated with counselling, depending on your needs and therapeutic goals.
